3 stories that will help you deal with fear
Understanding fear, its triggers, and its effects can empower you to face your fears more effectively and use them as tools for personal growth. In this light, I would like to share three stories, each presenting a different situation you can find yourself in. In the first story, you will read how fear can keep you from exploring new things, new places and new experiences. And before you know it you are too old to do all the things you wished you had the courage to do when you were younger. Remember, there will come a day when you have more days behind you than before you.
In the second story, you will get to read how fear can be contagious and how you without any real reason will be affected by it. Read the story about the PLOP and remember it the next time you find yourself in a similar situation. Someone might start a rumor or panic without any real reason and you might fall for it at the start, but be mindful and start asking questions like the lion did, and make sure for yourself if there is any truth to it.
